Group orders will be done through GOMDrop! Please read our order guide first if you’re not familiar with our GO practice. Pasabuys and lapags will be done through reply/DM basis.We are only accepting FULL payments! Any partial payments won't be entertained.Requests for any group orders are welcomed, but we will only push the orders if there are at least five people buying to ensure the fees can remain cost-efficient between the joiners. You may also opt for purchase assistance if quota is not reached.Prices indicated for our group orders are base prices only! There are still other fees to pay afterwards such as domestic shipping fees, warehouse fees, and international shipping fees. An email regarding the need for these payments will be sent once the items have arrived at our INA or PH address.We will not entertain impatient buyers! Most items are pre-ordered and usually if there are no events or releases happening, it can be a bit difficult to fill our INA box. We mostly instruct our proxy to ship them once we've accumulated enough items to reduce the ISF as much as possible so we are hoping for your understanding in this process.We will not be sending any payment reminders, whether it's a group order/pasabuy or an assistance. It is the buyer's responsibility to settle their pending payments on or before the deadlines given. Otherwise, your order/s will be automatically voided without notice.Late payment fees are automatically applied if not paid within the deadline, though we may consider some extensions or adjustments if a valid explanation is provided. Please do not take this leniency for granted.We usually allow a storage period of one month, starting from the date the arrival notice is sent. There will be a one week grace period after this, but a ₱25 storage fee will be charged daily until a response to the shipping form is submitted. If no response is received even after the grace period, the items will be automatically voided and considered forfeited.We do not have a fixed shipping schedule, but we typically ship by batch. Shipping and packing duties are handled by whichever admin is available.For non-COD packages, only a few may be included per shipping batch in cases where we have limited cash on hand, since some riders do not accept GCash as a substitute also.For purchase assistance and KPOP lapags: If any item is found to be fake, have unstated damage, or should the seller be a scammer, we are not liable for any refunds. However, we will thoroughly check the items and seller before proceeding with any transaction. We will also do our best to get a refund from the seller if possible.Items are under FETA to SFETA, though delays can still occur due to weather or customs.

- If SAJA admins will search, no additional fees will be charged.
- If our INA proxy will search, an additional 20 pesos per item will be charged given that the items are found.

ina warehouse fees

These are fixed rates by our proxy. For other non-pc items, these are the final fees that we have negotiated with them.UNBOXING:
No unboxing (photo of package still provided) → 35
Packages requiring an unboxing video → additional fee of 100WITH PHOTOCARDS:
Packages with 30 or less photocards → 55
Packages with 31+ photocards → starts at 60WITHOUT PHOTOCARDS:
Packages with no photocards → additional 35, with per-item WHF of:
- Stickers → 5 each
- A6/A5 Prints, Button Pins, Small Keychains, etc. → 12 each
- A4 Prints, Acrylic Standees, Big Keychains, PC Holder, Dolls → 20 each
- Totebags, Pillows, other bulky items → starts at 55

estimated isf

While ISF is dependent on the total number of items per batch, here are the estimated ISF rates based on previous batches:
- Photocard with no toploaders → 3-5
- Photocard with toploaders → 10-25
- PVC Photocards → 4-6
- Stickers → 1-3
- A6 Prints/Sticker Sheets → 5-9
- A5 Prints → 7-12
- A4 Prints → 12-15
- Phone Charms & Keychains → 12-30
- Acrylic Standees → 15-30
- Tote Bags, Cloth Accessories, Doll - - Clothes → 30-60
- Plushes, 10cm dolls → 60-100
- Doujinshi and other books: 50-120 (depending on number of pages)We will provide a masterlist where joiners can view the breakdown of their fees and see how it was split among the joiners.We use Shopee as our main courier for shipping items from Indonesia to the Philippines since it offers a more affordable rate for shipping fees.Freebies will also be counted for ISF.
